I've kept an online photoalbum here for 5 years now, but no more! Managing and putting together photos on my own was just too time-consuming and now I have a backlog of photos 3 years old that will never see the light of day if I keep at this. SO. For 2007, I've decided to try a hand at taking a photo - or at least posting a photo -everyday, and leave the rest of the hard work to flickr. We make this maybe once every two years. It's sashimi-grade tuna seared with very hot curry oil, then drizzled with a soy sauce glaze. The recipe is from Ming Tsai's Blue Ginger cookbook, and is so delicious.
