Wisteria and lilacs | South End neighborhood of Boston

Just six weeks ago we decided we should move. This is our first house, just outside Boston. We have a nice space, a nice yard, and over the six years here, have come to a nice realization that having a parking space is just not that important. We are 100% city mice.

The house went on the market on Friday, and had its first Open House on Saturday (so as not to compete with Mother's Day on Sunday).

We had our first offer by 6 pm!
